An awesome blend of martial arts and physical fitness. Each class is designed to be an upbeat, calorie-burning, empowering workout. We will do non-complex rhythmic routines, bag work, mitt work, calisthenics, stretching. Please bring wraps and gloves and be prepared to have a blast!
